Admission Procedure
At BGS PU College, Kengeri, the admission process is designed to be transparent, systematic, and student-focused, ensuring a smooth transition for every aspiring learner. Guided by the principles of excellence, integrity, and inclusivity, the process is administered under the supervision of the Admission Committee and the Academic Director, in alignment with the standards set by the Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust®.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Admission to the I PUC (Pre-University Course) is open to students who have successfully completed the SSLC / 10th Standard Examination or its equivalent, recognized by the Karnataka State Board or any other accredited board.
Selection is based on:
- Academic performance in Mid-Term or 10th Board Examinations.
- Merit in the Entrance Examination conducted by the college.
- Overall discipline and conduct in the previous institution.
Both Science and Commerce streams are offered, each with specialized combinations, holistic development programs, and academic support.

3. Academic Integration and Coaching Support
To strengthen academic excellence, BGS PU College (Science Stream) offers In-House Integrated Coaching for competitive examinations such as KCET, JEE (Main & Advanced), and NEET.

Further, the college has a formal academic collaboration with Allen Career Institute, one of India’s most reputed names in competitive exam coaching.
